The TX300P-1800 MkII offers the ability to switch between transfer paper for dye sublimation printing or direct-to-textile printing on one unit by attaching and detaching a vacuum platen. It can be configured with not only a single ink type but also three different dual ink combinations including textile pigment/sublimation transfer, direct sublimation/sublimation transfer, or textile pigment/direct sublimation.
