Gravotech’s complete range of laser marking machine has been designed to offer maximum flexibility to our customers.
They are available in different sizes from compact to large scale allowing installation in any environment, going from a retail counter in a store to heavy-duty industries. We provide full automated station with motorized Z-Axis perfectly adapted to your productivity: unit, small series or for integration into a robotic cell for larger series. Laser marking stations can be combined with any of our complete range of technologies: Fiber, MOPA, Hybrid, Green and CO2 (only for WeLase™). The widest range of materials can therefore be marked: plastic, metal, organic or mineral.

Laser stations can be driven by different software depending on your need:

Lasertrace: specifically designed for part identification marking & traceability.
Gravostyle™: offers in one package all the tools necessary for graphical composition, complex logos.
ABC (only for WeLase™) is an easy-to-use software for general engraving and marking.

The WeLase is available with Fiber, MOPA, Hybrid, Green or CO2 laser sources to achieve the best results on a wide range of materials. With many options and accessories, this small laser engraver can be configured to your specifics needs and items. For example: engrave the inside of rings made of precious metals, personalization of perfume bottles, mechanical parts in stainless steel, plastic containers, wood cutting boards or leather goods, and many other possibilities!

High-end laser technology made simple

The WeLase™ comes with various features that fit your needs: a high-speed galvanometric marking head, an automatic height-adjustable for a better laser beam focus, previews of the proper positioning of your objects and plenty of positioning jigs. This small laser engraver is available with our range of software, from “no training required” (ABC, Catalog) to “expert” (Gravostyle™, Lasertrace).

LW2 is the most complete laser station for permanent marking. From unit to small batch production to integration in a robotic cell. Compatible with Fiber, MOPA, Hybrid, or Green source.

TOUCH SCREEN
Just press the touch screen and the LW2 laser engraving machine enclosure takes care of the rest! The door closes automatically, the automated laser cutter is positioned at the right focus height, the marking is done in a few seconds and the door opens. This laser station does not require training. All you have to do is prepare your marking sheets and load them into the station via the USB port.
COMPLETLY SAFE LASER MARKING SYSTEM
The safety of the operator is our priority. This laser marking station is certified as a class 1 laser product, meeting all safety requirements, allowing use in unrestricted environments: integrated fail-safe relay, protective glass, door closure security, emergency stop, door fitted with sensors and anti-pinch system, optional extraction and filtration solution to protect users from dust and smoke and maintain marking quality. Mechanic and electronics are fully protected in a sealed box. Integrated alarms and controls.
FLEXIBLE MARKING STATION

LW2 laser engraving machine enclosure is compatible with all laser sources to offer you the possibility to mark on any type of material. We propose 2 software choices for the creation and control of your marking station to adapt to your needs and various and varied applications: Lasertrace & Laserstyle.

LW3 is the only Gravotech class 1 laser enclosure for large direct part marking. The LW3 brings security and marking versatility to the workplace.

LARGE MARKING POSSIBILITIES
With its 3-sided door, the LW3 benefits from the best inside height dimensions and can securely envelop and mark parts up to 628 mm high. Thanks to its compatibility with our Fiber, MOPA, Hybrid, Green industrial laser series, the LW3 can mark with high precision nearly every metal or plastic surfaces on its special positioning table.
VERSATILE
From unique identification marking, to multi-level engraving, and matrix marking on a batch of small to medium parts, this industrial laser station can mark your large part at several positions, and levels. Add a 3D module to your LW3 laser to mark sloped parts.
