WELASE

WeLase is a compact laser marking station for jewelry engraving, personalizing objects and part identification. Its high-speed, high-quality markings and large window allow you to control the engraving or marking at any time
Laser engraver for every material. The WeLase is available with Fiber, Hybrid, Green or CO2 laser sources to achieve the best results on a wide range of materials. With many options and accessories, this small laser engraver can be configured to your specifics needs and items. For example: engrave the inside of rings made of precious metals, personalization of perfume bottles, mechanical parts in stainless steel, plastic containers, wood cutting boards or leather goods, and many other possibilities! With its small footprint, quiet, with a modern design and large viewing windows, this laser marking machine has been designed with high-durability in mind. Meeting the most stringent global safety regulations, Class 1 certification, WeLase is perfect for public and work-related environments. The WeLase™ comes with various features that fit your needs: a high-speed galvanometric marking head, an automatic height-adjustable for a better laser beam focus, previews of the proper positioning of your objects and plenty of positioning jigs.

LW2

The LW2 is the most complete laser station for permanent marking. From unit to small batch production to integration in a robotic cell. Compatible with Fiber, Hybrid, or Green source. Just press the touch screen and the LW2 laser engraving machine enclosure takes care of the rest! The door closes automatically, the automated laser cutter is positioned at the right focus height, the marking is done in a few seconds and the door opens. This laser station does not require training. All you have to do is prepare your marking sheets and load them into the station via the USB port. The LW2 has a large marking area laser marking system with 3 sided door, marking of a large variety of parts, from small to big parts, from simple to complex shapes. LW2 laser engraving machine enclosure is compatible with all laser sources to offer you the possibility to mark on any type of material. We propose 2 software choices for the creation and control of your marking station to adapt to your needs and various and varied applications.

LW3

The LW3 is the only Gravotech class 1 laser enclosure for large direct part marking. The LW3 brings security and marking versatility to the workplace. With its 3-sided door, the LW3 benefits from the best inside height dimensions and can securely envelop and mark parts up to 628 mm high. Thanks to its compatibility with our Fiber, Hybrid, Green industrial laser series, the LW3 can mark with high precision nearly every metal or plastic surfaces on its special positioning table. From unique identification marking, to multi-level engraving, and matrix marking on a batch of small to medium parts, this industrial laser station can mark your large part at several positions, and levels. Add a 3D module to your LW3 laser to mark sloped parts. This laser marking machine is the only large laser engraver of the market with an attached touchscreen allowing the operator to easily manage the direct part marking process. This class 1 laser stands out with its exceptional build quality.

The Galvo Technology

The laser stations operate with the galvanometric technology: a set of mirrors reflects the laser beams at very high-speed allowing a permanent marking in a few seconds. This engraving is quicker and perfect for unit markings on any parts such as industry (medical components, tools, ID tag) or personalization (jewellery, perfumes bottles, gifts).
