I personally am coming up on my 9 year anniversary as a Customer Service team member with TyrrellTech. In those years I have been lucky enough to soak up as much experience and knowledge as I can from some of the best minds in the industry. Even luckier, I have been joined on this team by several other great minds across our three locations. The luckiest thing of all; we are all at YOUR disposal!

We sit through many of the same training classes we offer to you, so that we can be that reliable knowledge base to then teach you. Our techs go to week long service training so we can be prepared for any anomaly your machine can throw at us. We get hands on practice with new materials and machines so that we can offer you the best solutions based on experience, not just spec sheets.
